Track and measure your progress. Set actions with due dates. Monitor metrics like revenue goals, and support habits. I will review everything you're working on and support you along the way as you take action.
To help you to achieve more, you will check in with me at least twice a week (a weekly update and a mid-week update). You will also update your actions and support habits in our accountability software every evening. This gives you continual planning, support and accountability.
Feedback and Solutions to Your Challenges
I'll review your week to make sure you took action on your plan. We'll also discuss solutions to any challenges you’ve been experiencing and we’ll set your most important actions for the next 7 days. Feedback is given by email or Skype.
